Salary: up to £35,000 plus bonus

Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8:30am to 3:15pm with 30 minutes for lunch

Holidays– 35.5 days in total including bank holidays, Pension Scheme

Background within an industrial/construction product advantageous. Skilled copy writer and a proven ability to write technical product literature.

Summary of requirement

A capable B2B marketeer of technical products who can hit the ground running with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role. Experience working for a manufacturer or distributor of construction or engineering products would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and creating content for marketing communication campaigns which target specifiers.


Our client is the market leader in mechanical fixings for steelwork applications. They provide technical solutions to professionals involved in the design and use of steel connections. Our client’s solutions are utilised in a range of applications in varied markets around the world such as building construction, energy, industrial and infrastructure.

The Role

You will support the marketing team, assisting in the implementation and evaluation of the company’s marketing communications to build brand awareness and engagement. You will be involved in the coordination of projects from conception to completion and provide marketing support to other areas of the business. Activities involve the production of a wide range of marketing materials (see Key Tasks below).

Key Tasks

press releases


Digital channels:




·Organising occasional exhibitions

·Arranging webinars

·Briefing graphic designers and website providers

·Evaluating marketing communications


·You will have a marketing degree or similar education.

·Relevant experience, preferably technical marketing in construction or engineering sectors.

·Copywriting with the ability to create engaging technical marketing messages.

·Organisation and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

·Flexibility to excel with a dynamic workload.

·Creative thinker with the confidence to explore and communicate innovative ideas.
