If you have little to no experience, the company will give you the skills that you will need to be successful at selling (which in turn leads to sales for the business, and commission for you!); it is much more important to them to get the right person(s) for the role

The Business Development Manager/Field sales role is working for the Market Leading provider of Health and Safety and Compliance solutions in the UK. They work with a range of industry sectors to provide their full range of solutions. You will be given a designated territory and will sell tried and tested solutions into the Public and Commercial Sectors.
